Four things, run properly

We are not a full-service agency and we do not want to be. These four are the ones that move deposits on a messaging programme, and they are the only ones we sell.

Campaign deployment

Most promotions lose their money to the calendar, not the creative. A free-spin drop that lands on Thursday instead of the Saturday it was written for is a different campaign. We hold the segment, the sender identity and the templates ready so the only thing that has to happen on the day is the decision.

The whole method
  • Segments rebuilt at send time, never exported the night before
  • Templates pre-cleared with the networks in every market you hold a licence for
  • Send windows set from the player's own local clock
  • A named person on shift for the whole window, not a ticket form

02Evidence

Offer testing

Almost every SMS test we inherit is measured on clicks, which is why almost every one of them is wrong. A bonus that pulls a big click rate and a small deposit rate is a worse offer that looks like a better one. We split on the segment, hold everything else still, and let the deposit column decide.

The whole method
  • Matched halves drawn from one segment, not two similar ones
  • One variable changed at a time, so the result means something
  • The deciding metric agreed in writing before the send
  • Minimum sample enforced, so a lucky evening cannot call a test

03Value

VIP reactivation

A lapsed high-value player is not a lapsed casual player with a bigger number attached. They leave for different reasons, they come back on a different timetable, and they punish a generic win-back message harder. This is a separate ladder, built per brand, and it is the work most operators are leaving on the table.

The whole method
  • Value tiers cut from deposit history, not from a single lifetime figure
  • A recency ladder tuned per brand, because forty days means different things
  • Offers matched to the game the player actually left, not to house priorities
  • Manual review on the top tier before anything sends

04Attribution

Conversion tracking

If you cannot say which message produced a deposit, you cannot tell a good campaign from a lucky week. We put a signed identifier on the link, take the deposit event back from your platform, and reconcile the two. What you get is a number you can put in front of a finance director.

The whole method
  • Signed per-player links on your own short domain, never a shared shortener
  • Deposit events taken back from the platform, not inferred from traffic
  • A stated attribution window, agreed rather than assumed
  • Assisted deposits reported separately from directly attributed ones

Everything above runs on your licence

Your sender identity, your short domain, your consent records, your platform. We are a layer over the operation you already have, and everything we build can be handed back.

How it is wired

Which of the four do you need?

If you are not sure, say what is going wrong and we will tell you which one it is. Sometimes the answer is that you do not need us yet.
