A neon rocket launching from a glowing gaming token, surrounded by rising performance charts

Boost your deposits with high-velocity SMS

Reactivation and conversion campaigns for licensed operators. We run the offer, split it on your list, and hand back the deposits it produced.

Instant campaign deployment

Brief in the morning, offer on handsets by lunch. Creative, segment and send window are prepared in advance so a promotion never waits on a build queue.

A/B testing for offers

Two offers go out to matched halves of the same segment. The one that produces more deposits takes the rest of the list, usually within the same evening.

VIP reactivation funnels

Lapsed high-value players get their own ladder of messages, spaced to the way that segment actually returns rather than to a generic drip schedule.

Real-time conversion tracking

Deposits are attributed back to the message that caused them while the campaign is still running, so a weak variant can be stopped rather than reported on later.

What a message passes through

Five stages between your segment and a deposit landing in your reporting. The gate in the middle is the one that keeps a programme alive.

01

Segment

Audiences are resolved at send time from your platform, so a list is never older than the campaign it is used for.

02

Consent gate

Every destination is checked against the consent record, the frequency cap and the self-exclusion register before it is queued.

03

Route

Traffic is placed on the route cleared for that market and sender identity, with a second route held as failover.

04

Send

Waves go out in sequence rather than all at once, so early delivery data can stop a bad campaign before the bulk of it lands.

05

Attribute

Deposit events come back from your platform and are reconciled against the signed link that produced them.

What operators say afterwards

Tegan Vasquez, Head of CRM
We had been sending the same Saturday promo for two years. They split it, killed our version by the second wave, and the replacement is still running.
Tegan Vasquez - Head of CRM, three-brand operator, Latin America
Osian Petrakis, Commercial director
The part my board cared about was the reconciliation. Somebody finally showed us the deposits next to the sends and did not flinch when we checked it.
Osian Petrakis - Commercial director, operator group, Mediterranean markets
Ndidi Achebe, Retention lead
Our lapsed VIP file had been sitting untouched since 2024. First ladder brought back four hundred of them and the opt-out rate barely moved.

Asked before every engagement

How are you paid?

A monthly fee for the work plus the pass-through cost of the messages, and on reactivation programmes a share of the deposits we can prove we caused. We do not take a share of deposits we cannot attribute, which is why the attribution is built the way it is.

Do you send under your name or ours?

Yours, always. The sender identity is registered to your licensed entity and the links point at a domain you own. If we part ways, the sender reputation and the short domain stay with you.

What do you need from us to start?

Read access to the segments, a webhook that posts deposit events, and the markets you hold a licence for. Most operators can get that to us inside a week, and we build against a test list while it happens.

Will this burn our list?

It is the thing we are most careful about. Contact is capped per player per week across every campaign, a lapsed segment rests after three unanswered touches, and the opt-out rate is on the front page of every report because it is the number that tells you when to stop.

Which markets can you run?

Any market where you hold a licence and a sender identity can be registered. Registration lead time, not our capacity, is what sets the start date, and it runs from a few days to about a month depending on the network.

Can we keep our existing platform?

Yes, and we would rather you did. We are a layer over what you already run, not a replacement for it. If you later want to take the whole programme in-house, everything we build is documented and exportable.

Not ready to talk to anyone

Read what we actually do on a campaign before you speak to us. Three field notes from the people running the sends, written for operators rather than for search engines.

  • What happens in the first ninety minutes of a push
  • What a split test has to prove before it is called
  • How long a lapsed player stays winnable
Read the field notes

Send us a list size and an offer

We will come back with what it should produce and what it will cost, priced against your markets. Bryn Ashworth reads these himself.
